Our administration office is based in Cornwall, where our dedicated team works full-time to ensure that we offer you the best possible service - wherever you are in the UK. We have access to a network of representatives throughout the UK and work together on a daily basis with over one hundred and eighty associate partner agencies in various countries overseas, enabling us to identify potential employees anywhere in the world, and thus provide comprehensive portfolios for them.

As a childcare recruitment agency our business is based on finding suitable carers for families and suitable families for carers.

We pride ourselves on the standards we incorporate into our vetting procedures and the quality of the carers we have registered over and above any other attribute. This too is our most important quality control area.

Our endeavour is to take the hard work out of finding the potential applicants and pre-checking and assessing their ability and suitability to work with children.  We carry out extensive and comprehensive background on all of the individuals that we introduce to families. As parents ourselves we only accept carers onto the agency books – where we know we would happily employ them ourselves – as a result there are times when we are not able to register a carer with our agency. We have our own registration and vetting systems –and we value our own high standards.  We are also in support of the national view that there should be a national nanny and childcare worker register. We always suggest that no matter how good the references – if you have a personal feeling that the person would not be suitable for you – whether they have been put forward by an agency – or they are someone you know - always follow your instincts.
